Why we are different... Aside from the obvious!

Using childcare is often essential for families and for this reason we have designed our fee structure with an option to suit everyone. Whether it’s a three hour booking once a week you need or a full time Manny, we can source the perfect candidate. Big Buddies are a great option if you need help with the school run or to energetically entertain your kids on weekends or school holidays. Don’t under estimate their capabilities around the house either. Odd jobs, handy man tasks and anything to do with the car, bins, garage etc, just write us a list!

The Agency offers Casual, Permanent and Memberships options. If you just need the odd babysit or play date you might like to purchase a block or 6 bookings or just pay as you go. If you are likely to use the service more regularly, for example during school holidays or a couple of school runs each week, an annual membership will supply you with the flexibility and cover necessary. If your family require help more than 30 hours per week, your best option will be a permanent placement; one off fee with a minimum 12 month commitment from your Manny and a 1-3 month trial.

We’re also proud to clarify the distinction between our two key roles. A Manny is typically a permanent, usually full-time employee, placed with a family for a long-term position—often becoming an integral and consistent part of the household. In contrast, a Buddy is a self-employed caregiver who works on a casual, short-term, or part-time basis. Buddies are ideal for after-school hours, holiday cover, temporary placements, or families seeking flexible arrangements. Both roles uphold the same high standards of care and professionalism, tailored to suit different family needs.
