Services and Fees
A London based agency with flexible options
Hopefully you have not just jumped straight to this page, because you wont have seen the amazing services we provide in detail – if you have however, we are very proud to say our fees are very transparent and competitive and as we are the only agency in London who provides the three services we can provide, we are confident you will not find a better agency. To start the process to find an ongoing Buddy or Manny, we ask for a one-time service fee of £179. This covers all the administration, communication, and personalised support we provide throughout your journey with us.
The three services we provide, casual bookings, memberships and contracted mannies ensure whatever your family needs, we can support you. We can also flex and change as your needs do – we understand that childcare, working patterns, after school clubs and nursery days can change frequently, so we and our buddies and mannies are experienced to cope with the ebb and flow of childcare changes.
Buddy Casual Bookings
Ad hoc or a set of bookings for a fixed period
- Pay per booking, no commitment required
- Morning, daytime or evening bookings
- In London – £25 per booking or £100 per week
- Outside of London and Holiday Buddies – £30 per day or £150 per week
- We aim to provide the same buddy each time, if that is your preference
- Can also be for a fixed time period without commitment
Buddy Memberships
A yearly subscription with a number of bookings per week
- A buddy will commit to your family for a period of time
- We will replace the buddy if needed within the year
- Tier 1 – up to 2 bookings per week – £550 per year
- Tier 2 – up to 4 bookings per week – £750 per year
- Tier 3 – unlimited bookings per week – £950 per year
Manny Permanent Placement
Employed by you and committed to your family
- A permanent placement – a dedicated manny, contracted to work with your family
- Salary, working hours, family tasks detailed in contract
- Trial period available
- Fees of a one off payment of 15% of the manny’s gross salary
- Pro rata’d refund or replacing if required
